Recipe Tips

Gnocchi. I used Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi made with simple ingredients: cauliflower, cassava flour, potato starch, extra virgin olive oil, and sea salt. Make sure these are frozen before cooking, do not defrost.

Greens. This recipe used a blend of greens made with spinach, chard, and kale.
