15 Minute Eggs and Sausage Skillet

This 15-minute egg and sausage skillet is a perfect shortcut recipe. Make it for breakfast or dinner. Super quick to throw together with rich flavors of goat cheese, sausage with sage, and gooey egg on top of spinach and cauliflower.  The skillet is gluten-free, protein-rich, packed with healthy nutrients. I love using this recipe on these days when we are out of fresh produce but have some frozen “time-savers” available.
