These cabbage-stuffed tortillas are perfect for lunch boxes or to make ahead for the road trip. This stuffing is made with cabbage and eggs.
How to Make Stuffed Tortillas:
Step 1. Prepare cabbage by washing and shredding using a knife or food processor.
Step 2. Preheat the pan, saute cabbage till soft. Add salt to taste. Dice eggs small and add to the cooled cabbage.
Step 3. Prepare tortillas. Put two tablespoons of cabbage mixture in the middle of each tortilla, and make an envelope-style wrap. Using the same pan, add ghee and fry stuffed tortillas putting wrapped ends down first. Fry each side till golden and slightly crispy.

Best when made with freshly cooked tortillas.
Choose a bigger size of tortillas to keep the filling in.
