Cottage cheese. Adds protein, choose unsweetened whole milk kind for a thicker texture.
Fruits. For best flavor, use fresh seasonal fruits and berries.
Banana. Adds extra sweetness.
Hemp hearts. Add healthy fats and extra nutrients like Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids.
Optional ingredient. Maple syrup if you are looking for more sweetness.
Gather the ingredients. Prepare the mason jars. Dice banana and nectarines. Divide cottage cheese between four jars, following add fruits, sprinkle hemp seeds on top of each jar.
For the best flavor, use seasonal fruits nectarines, blueberries, or even kiwi.
Add extra nutrients and sprinkled with some hemp seeds on top. You can also use crushed nuts, chia seeds, or shredded coconut.
For convenience, use wide-mouth mason jars.
This recipe doesn’t have any sugar added. However, if you would like to add some, maple syrup or raw honey would be the perfect addition.
