  • 1 cup organic dates
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2/3 cups of cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 large ripe avocado
  • pinch of sea salt

How to Make It

1. Gather the ingredients. Slice avocadoes, remove pits, peel the skin.

2. Place dates, milk, cacao powder, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt in the food processor. Pulse till all dates are crushed and well blended with coconut milk. Next place the avocado slices and pulse till combined.

  • Makes 4 glass jars.
