Step 1. COMBINE all ingredients in the mixing bowl of a stand mixer.

Step 2. MIX in the standing mixer on high for 1 1/2 minute without stopping till the mixture turns thick and looks spreadable.

  • Use cooled heavy cream straight from the fridge would be the best.
  • Whip till soft peaks start forming. After that, it’s important not to overwhip.

  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 lemon approx.2 tbsp of lemon juice and 1 tsp of zest
  • 1 pinch sea salt
