Easy Roasted Salmon with Brussels Sprouts

Brussel sprouts and balsamic vinegar go so well with salmon in this one-pan dish. The whole recipe is done under 30 mins with only 5 main ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of wild-caught salmon
  • 2 cups of brussel sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey
  • pinch of sea salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Wash and slice Brussel sprouts in quarters.
  3. Rinse and pat dry with paper towel salmon.
  4. In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, sea salt.
  5. Arrange salmon on the baking sheet, use half of the dressing to coat the salmon gently.
  6. Use another half of the dressing to coat Brussel sprouts. Arrange next to the salmon fillet.
  7. Bake 18 mins or till fish flakes easily.
