Ingredient Notes

Jam. If possible, chose the kind with reduced sugar or jam sweetened with juice.

Turkey. The leftover turkey meat would be the best, but the more readily available lunch meat will do as well.

Greens. Feel free to use lettuce or substitute it with arugula if you would like a slightly spicy flavor.

How to Make It

1. Gather the ingredients.

2. Place the bread on the flat surface and spread the strawberry jam on both sides. On one bread slice, start layering: add turkey slices, mixed greens goat cheese slice, top with the second slice of bread.

3. Optional. If you desire a more crispy texture, broil in the oven on high for 2 minutes.
