Ingredient Notes

  • 2 cans of chickpeas , 15 oz can size (Garbanzo Beans)
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of tahini (room temperature with oil, not dried)
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons of cumin
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

How To Make Hummus With Apple Cider Vinegar

Step 1. Gather the ingredients. Rinse and drain the chickpeas. In a high-powered blender, place all the ingredients: chickpeas, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, tahini, cumin spice, water, salt. Pulse on high for about 3-4 minutes till the mixture will get the desired texture.

Step 2. Place in the serving dish, drizzle with some olive oil, and cumin spice before serving.
