This simple toast idea can easily pass as a full tasty meal that is ready in 10 minutes without any cooking at all. Smoked salmon flavor combined with goat cheese on a piece of hearty sourdough bread with some avocado on top sprinkled with olive oil and sea salt.

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 3 ozs goat cheese , room temperature
  • 2 ozs smoked salmon
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • pinch of sea salt

How to Make It (summary)

1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel, slice.

2. Spread goat cheese on the slices of bread. Add salmon and top with avocado.

3. Pour over some olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
