Simple Granola Jars

Here is a favorite packed with nutrients to-go meal made under 10 minutes. Easy to make and perfect to make ahead to save time later.  Oranges and pomegranate are bringing seasonal flavors and the jars are looking bright and colorful.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granola
  • 10 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 orange
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup

Directions

  1. To assemble one jar, place a half cup of granola at the bottom of the jar, following add the 5 tablespoons of yogurt.
  2. Peel and cube the orange, add half to the jar.
  3. Open and de-seed a pomegranate, add half of the seeds to jar.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup per jar. Enjoy! two granola jars and two oranges view from above

Notes

Healthy Tip. Choose a healthier brand of granola, made with real food ingredients without artificial colors and flavors. I like Pure Elizabeth Granola, which is refined-sugar free, gluten-free, and packed with superfood.
