Hearty, comforting sweet potato lasagna makes a cozy meal. The recipe is made with five main ingredients, and the winning factor is that it’s a one-dish meal, meaning fewer dishes to wash. This recipe is lighter than traditional lasagna and very easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey)
  • 16 oz of whole-milk cottage cheese (or ricotta cheese)
  • 3 cups tomato sauce (passata)
  • 1 cup of Irish cheese , shredded
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt

Directions
