Healthy Trader Joe’s Favorites

Grocery shopping at Trader Joe’s always feels so special. It’s not too close to where we live so I don’t usually plan on shopping there but there are some healthy favorite items that I always pick up if I am nearby.

  • Organic Green leafy salads. Shredded cabbage such a huge time-saver.
  • Organic Persian cucumbers. Great with homemade dips.
  • Organic unrefined coconut oil jar. Best price and it’s in a glass container, win-win.
  • Organic Raspberry jam. Love blueberry kind too, they usually have a great jam selection.
  • Nut Butter, many varieties.
  • Seeded gluten-free crackers became our favorite. Perfect for avocado and other kinds of quick toasts.
  • Red split lentils will be on the menu this week.
  • Organic potatoes. A staple in our house, so versatile.
  • Organic red beets for “Beet soup”.
  • Organic quinoa pasta for “Homemade mac and cheese” this week.
  • Maple syrup.
  • Organic dark chocolate.
  • Sour cream.
  • Potted Organic Herbs, not pictured but they have many options as thyme, basil, parsley, dill.
  • Organic coconut amino, not pictured.
  • Trader Joe has great cheese varieties.
