Beef Liver Pate

This beef liver pate recipe is delicious, rich, and nourishing with slightly sweet notes. The added vegetables help to make it extra flavorful.

- Olive Oil - Beef Liver - Onion - Carrots - Butter - Dill - Seasoning

Key Ingredients

Saute chopped onions until soft. Remove from pan. Next, add shredded carrot continue cooking until soft. Add to the onions.

Saute Vegetables

Remove the white membrane and slice into cubes.  Fry in the same pan until fully cooked.

Cook Liver

Add cooked vegetables and liver to a food processor, pulse till well blended and smooth. Add seasonings to taste.

Make Pate

Serve immediately and ENJOY!
