Dutch Oven Chicken
This Whole Chicken in Dutch Oven Recipe with potatoes couldn’t be any easier. Marinate the chicken overnight and the rest is the breeze.
- Yogurt Whole Milk - Minced Garlic - Lemon Juice - Smoked Paprika - Salt - Whole Chicken - Sweet Onion - Potatoes
Mix yogurt, paprika, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt to make marinade.
Rub marinade over the chicken. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Add chopped onions, potatoes and chicken to the dutch oven. Place in preheated oven and bake.
Take the lid off and bake for 15-20 minutes more to get the crispy skin.
