This homemade pie crust is made with only three ingredients. The process is simple, and the main ingredient is whole-grain sprouted spelt flour. The pie shell could be used to make quiche recipes or pies.

Step 1.  Combine flour, butter, and yogurt, make the dough. Form the ball.

Step 2. Wrap the ball in plastic wrap, place it in the fridge for 10 minutes to chill.

Step 3.  Using a rolling pin, roll out the first half of the dough into the circle shape.

Step 4. Place in the pie dish. Fold over the overlapped ends inside the dish, so they don’t burn when baking.

Step 5. Using a fork, press tight to make the design. Prick the dough in the middle with a fork.
