- Baby Potatoes - Dry Thyme - Garlic Powder - Salt - Ghee - Olive Oil

Choose the most petite baby potatoes, wash and remove imperfections, slice in half.

Prepare Potatoes

Set Instant Pot to saute, add ghee and deglaze. Add sliced potatoes and fry for 2-3 minutes till slightly brown and crispy.
