Mini Pavlova Nests

These mini pavlova nests are light and airy with a marshmallow-soft center. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy this meringue dessert with a cup of tea.

- Egg Whites - Vanilla Extract - Sugar - Arrowroot Starch - Yoghurt - Fruit Of Choice

Key Ingredients

Beat egg whites until foamy. Add vanilla and gradually add the sugar. Whisk until stiff peaks form.

Pavlova Mixture

Form six meringue nests on a prepared baking sheet. Using a spoon, make an indentation in the center of each.



Bake for 45 minutes till gold and crispy. Let it cool in the oven with the door open, for 15 minutes.

Make Nests

Gently crack the top of the meringue cookie and fill it with yogurt. Top with berries.

Serve and enjoy!
