Mozzarella Stuffed Meatloaf

Easy mozzarella stuffed meatloaf made gluten-free using only seven ingredients. This meatloaf recipe is juicy and made in one dish.

- Ground Beef - Onion - Rolled Oats - Ketchup - Mozzarella Cheese - Egg

Key Ingredients

Dice onion and mix all the ingredients together. Divide the meat into two parts.

Mix Meatloaf

Place one half of the meat in an oven-safe dish. Layer the mozzarella slices, overlapping and keeping away from the edges.

Layer Mozzarella

Top with the second meat part. Spread ketchup all over the top meat layer. Bake for 45 minutes.
