Oat Flour Banana Bread

This oat flour banana bread is easy to make; it’s moist and perfect for any time of the day. Top with nut butter or enjoy as it is.

- Salted Butter - Eggs - Bananas - Kefir - Baking Powder - Oat Flour - Chocolate Chips

Key Ingredients

Whisk the eggs and mash bananas with a potato masher. Mix kefir and baking powder in separate bowl.


Add kefir mixture and melted butter to the egg mixture. Add the oat flour in gradually.


Fold in chocolate chips. Add batter to loaf pan lined with parchment paper.


Slice the last banana in half and arrange on top. Bake for 1 hour.
