Russian Mini Pancakes


These fluffy Oladi or Russian Mini Pancakes are tasty, with a cloud-like texture. Serve for breakfast with your favorite toppings!

Key Ingredients:  Kefir, Eggs, Baking Powder, Flour, Maple Syrup, Vanilla Extract

TO SERVE: Berries & Yogurt

Whisk the eggs. In a measuring cup, whisk kefir and baking powder till frothy. Add to egg mixture.

Gradually add flour, whisk till combined, and the mixture is free from lumps.

On medium-high heat fry pancakes on each side for about 1-2 minutes till golden.
