- Balsamic Vinegar
- Basil Leaves
- Dried Oregano
Marinate chicken in olive oil, oregano, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper mixture, for at least 15 minutes.

Cut slits in the chicken not completely cutting through. Slice tomato and mozzarella in a half-circle shape.
Fill the chicken slits with slices of tomato, mozzarella, and basil leaves. Bake at 400 F for 30 minutes.
