Primavera Stuffed Chicken

Fresh basil, tomato, and melted mozzarella add so much flavor to this low-carb and one-dish gluten-free Primavera stuffed chicken.

- Chicken Breasts - Mozzarella - Tomatoes - Balsamic Vinegar - Basil Leaves - Dried Oregano

Key Ingredients

Marinate chicken in olive oil, oregano, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper mixture, for at least 15 minutes. 

Marinate Chicken

Cut slits in the chicken not completely cutting through. Slice tomato and mozzarella in a half-circle shape.



Fill the chicken slits with slices of tomato, mozzarella, and basil leaves. Bake at 400 F for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with fresh basil and serve. ENJOY!
