Turmeric golden milk latte is a nourishing drink that has its roots in India. It’s bright yellow in color and has a complex flavor of several spices. This recipe is easy to make and it has some health benefits.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups milk of your choice
  • 1 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 1/2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Gather the ingredients.. In a small saucepan add milk. Heat on medium heat till bubbles start appearing. Add the rest of the ingredients, using whisk blend the spices.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes while continuing whisking the mixture. Pour in the cups and enjoy.

Notes

This golden turmeric milk recipe could be made with any milk varieties: goat milk or dairy-free nut milk.
