Gather the ingredients. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
WET ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, whisk 2 eggs, add half a cup of yogurt, two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, stir well.
DRY ingredients. In a large measuring cup combine half a cup of cassava flour and two cups of almond flour, add baking powder and mix till everything is blended.
COMBINE. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mix. The batter should be wet, airy but not sticky.
FORM. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a large tablespoon scoop enough batter to make one bun. Using hands, roll to make the shape of the ball. Lay on the baking sheet and slightly press to flatten. Make five buns. Sprinkle with seasoning blend before putting it in the oven.
