This tortilla wrap recipe is perfect for cooking in advance for lunches to go. The juicy meat, beans, and sweet onions mixture make them filling and tasty.
Preheat the pan on medium-high, add two teaspoons of ghee, so the pan is coated, add onions and fry till golden brown. Add beef and brown till thoroughly cooked.
Use a second skillet to preheat tortillas according to the package instructions.
Prepare tortillas for filling. Evenly divide the beef and onion mixture and place in the middle of each tortilla, add some shredded cheese on top, make an envelope-style wrap.
Fry stuffed tortillas using some ghee and putting wrapped ends down first. Fry each side till golden and slightly crispy.
