This is an easy lemon whipped cream recipe made with maple syrup instead of refined sugar. This recipe requires only four simple ingredients, and in less than 5 minutes, the whipped cream is ready to be enjoyed.
1/2lemonapprox.2 tbsp of lemon juice and 1 tsp of zest
1pinchsea salt
Instructions
COMBINE all ingredients in the mixing bowl of a stand mixer.
MIX in the standing mixer on high for 1 1/2 minute without stopping till the mixture turns thick and looks spreadable.
SERVE with some fresh seasonal fruits or on top of pancakes.
Notes
-This recipe is perfect to be served in desserts with some fresh seasonal fruits, with pancakes, or as frosting in the cakes (just make sure the cake is cool down enough before frosting).
