Ingredients
  

  • 2 can chickpeas 15 oz can size (Garbanzo Beans)
  • 1/4+ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 3 tbsp tahini room temperature with oil, not dried
  • 2 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Gather the ingredients. Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
  • In a high-powered blender, place all the ingredients: chickpeas, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, tahini, cumin spice, water, salt. Pulse on high for about 3-4 minutes till the mixture will get the desired texture.
  • Place in the serving dish, drizzle with some olive oil, and cumin spice before serving.
