Ingredients

  • 2 frozen pitaya smoothie pack
  • 2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk unsweetened
  • toppings of your choice
  • acai frozen pack optional
  • honey optional

Instructions

  • Blend. To make a pitaya bowl, start by blending frozen pitaya (also called dragon fruit) until it’s smooth and creamy. Use a blender or food processor. If too think add more liquid.
  • Pour. Then, pour the blended pitaya into a bowl and top with fresh fruits, granola, and anything else you like. Some good toppings ideas include mango, strawberries, kiwi, or coconut flakes. Enjoy your pitaya bowl immediately!

Notes

Pitaya bowls can last in the fridge for up to two days but are best when eaten immediately.
If you need to store your pitaya bowl, place it in an airtight container in the fridge.
To enjoy your pitaya bowl at its best, add any toppings just before eating.
