-To make this quiche, I used Pecorino Romano cheese. It’s made from sheep’s milk, and it was available at our local Costco. It has a big flavor. It’s sharp and salty, making this quiche definitely not boring. Trader Joe’s also has an amazing variety of cheeses. You can easily replace it with your favorite variety. I recommend grating it yourself for the best result.
-I used sliced turkey meat. Add a different protein: sausage or ham. Or skip the meat and add more veggies instead.
-Dill. I like to use dry herbs, and this is what I used here. Feel free to change it to basil or cilantro. If you have fresh herbs, it would taste even better.
-Feel free to add vegetables such as sliced broccoli, tomato, spinach. A great addition would be with sun-dried tomatoes.
-Use a different shape baking dish, such as a well-seasoned cast-iron skillet or pie dish.
