Cook pasta according to the directions on the package. Once cooked, rinse and drain.
While pasta is draining in the same pot, make the sauce. Melt the butter on low heat, add yogurt, turmeric, mustard, and salt. Whisk till well blended.
Add pasta and mix with the sauce.

Cook your pasta al dente so it holds the shape better.Feel free to add broccoli, fresh green onions for some crunch.To reheat add some liquids to the preheated pan (water or milk) since pasta will absorb the sauce.
