Turmeric Mac And Cheese

This turmeric mac and cheese is gluten-free and extra flavorful. It has creamy yogurt sauce and is made in one pot with seven ingredients.

  • 16 oz gluten free pasta
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 cups Manchego cheese shredded
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp stone ground mustard
  • 1 tsp salt


  • Gather the ingredients.
  • Cook pasta according to the directions on the package.  Once cooked, rinse and drain.
  • While pasta is draining in the same pot, make the sauce. Melt the butter on low heat, add yogurt, turmeric, mustard, and salt. Whisk till well blended.
  • Add pasta and mix with the sauce.


Cook your pasta al dente so it holds the shape better.
Feel free to add broccoli, fresh green onions for some crunch.
To reheat add some liquids to the preheated pan (water or milk) since pasta will absorb the sauce.
