Prep. Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 425F degrees.
Soak the raisins. In a measuring cup add raisins, pour over hot water to cover, and let them soak for 5 minutes.
Cut the cauliflower. Wash and dry the cauliflower head. Cut off the leaves and using a sharp knife separate them into small florets.
Bake. Spread the cauliflower florets on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and salt. Roast for 15 minutes.
Add nuts and raisins. Once the cauliflower is done roasting, add the nuts and raisins. Roast for 3 more minutes.
