Ingredients
  

  • 1 cauliflower head large
  • 2 tsp cumin spice
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions
 

  • Prep. Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 425F degrees.
  • Soak the raisins. In a measuring cup add raisins, pour over hot water to cover, and let them soak for 5 minutes.
  • Cut the cauliflower. Wash and dry the cauliflower head. Cut off the leaves and using a sharp knife separate them into small florets.
  • Bake. Spread the cauliflower florets on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and salt. Roast for 15 minutes.
  • Add nuts and raisins. Once the cauliflower is done roasting, add the nuts and raisins. Roast for 3 more minutes.
