Goat Cheese Sandwich With Wild Blueberry Jam

Colorful and delicious sandwich with the wild blueberry jam, goat cheese, and buttercrunch fresh lettuce. Made with only four ingredients and ready to be enjoyed in less than 10 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices bread
  • 4 tbsp goat cheese softened at room temperature
  • 2 tbsp wild blueberry jam
  • 4 leaves lettuce large-sized

Instructions
 

  • Gather the ingredients. Spread one tablespoon of goat cheese on each slice of bread. Spread half of tablespoon of jam on top of the cheese. 
  • Fold two lettuce leaves in between bread slices, press the slices together.

Notes

-If possible choose the jam with reduced sugar or sweetened with fruit juice. This is the kind that was used in this recipe.
-Bread options. This sandwich is great with sourdough bread or Dave’s killer seeded kind.
