Gather the ingredients.
In a deep pot filled with water bring water to boil and cook noodles according to the directions on the package.
Shred carrots using a julienne peeler or box grater. Chop cilantro. Once pasta is cooked, drain and rinse.
In a large serving dish combine pasta, chicken, carrots, sesame oil, salt, mix well.
