Easy Sesame Chicken Noodles

This easy sesame chicken noodles recipe made in 15 minutes with seven simple ingredients. This is a perfect flavorful recipe when you want to use some leftover chicken.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package gluten-free pasta
  • 2 carrots large-sized
  • 1/3 cup cilantro chopped
  • 3 cups chicken meat cubed
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil toasted
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/3 cup cashew nuts crushed

Instructions
 

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • In a deep pot filled with water bring water to boil and cook noodles according to the directions on the package.
  • Shred carrots using a julienne peeler or box grater. Chop cilantro.
  • Once pasta is cooked, drain and rinse.
  • In a large serving dish combine pasta, chicken, carrots, sesame oil, salt, mix well.
  • OPTIONAL. Serve with crushed cashews on top.
