  • 2 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 pears ripe
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp hemp hearts


  • Gather the ingredients.
  • To assemble the parfaits get two small bowls ready. First, add a cup of yogurt to each bowl.
  • Wash and dice the pears. Add on top of the yogurt. Add some crushed nuts. Sprinkle each bowl with a teaspoon of hemp seed, pour a tablespoon of maple syrup over. Enjoy!
