This chocolate mousse with avocado makes a healthy and tasty dessert. It is made in minutes with simple ingredients: avocados, dates, and raw cacao powder. It doesn’t get healthier than that, with no artificial sugar or processed ingredients.
Place dates, milk, cacao powder, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt in the food processor. Pulse till all dates are crushed and well blended with coconut milk. Next place the avocado slices and pulse till combined.
