Instructions
Gather the ingredients.
Place dates in the food processor, pulse till all large pieces are broken and crumble-like. Add nut butter, cacao, flour, water, and salt, pulse till well blended and the texture feels like playdough, shouldn’t be sticky. If too runny add flour, if too thick add more water.
In a bowl place coconut flakes. Roll truffles to form the small balls between the palm of your hands, once the balls are formed, gently roll in the flakes slightly pressing. Store in the fridge.
