5 Minute Cottage Cheese And Fruit Jars

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz whole-milk cottage cheese
  • 1 banana
  • 2 nectarines
  • 1 cup blueberry
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2 tbs maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Prep the ingredients. Gather the ingredients. Prepare mason jars. Dice banana and nectarines.
  • Make the jars. Divide cottage cheese between four jars. Add sliced banana, sliced nectarine, and blueberries. Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of hemp seeds on top of each jar. Store in the refrigerator before consuming.

Notes

For convenience, use wide-mouth mason jars.
This recipe doesn’t have any sugar added. However, if you would like to add some, maple syrup or raw honey would be the perfect addition.
Make a cottage cheese parfait and add some granola.
