  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp ketchup , sugar-free

  • Add ground beef, raise temperature to medium-high and fry till cooked and no longer red. Break large chunks with a wooden spoon, stir in ketchup, chili spice, salt. Mix well.
  • Preheat the oven to 450 F degrees. Start making quesadillas. First add cheese, top with beef mixture, add more cheese, gently fold.
  • Arrange all quesadillas on the baking sheet. Place in the preheated oven on the medium rack, fry for 10 minutes till golden and crispy.
  • Using a pizza cutter to slice in half.
  • Enjoy while still warm. Serve with sour cream, guacamole, or salsa.

If using Siete tortillas, it’s important to prepare them by warming them first according to the package instructions. This will make them pliable; without this step, this recipe won’t work.
