Shortcut Pizza With Chicken And Spinach

Simple homemade pizza with chicken perfect for Friday night. Made with store-bought dough and leftover ingredients, like rotisserie chicken, some spinach, and cheese. Tasty ingredients make tasty pizza!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 16 oz pizza dough defrosted in the fridge overnight
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce passata
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cup chicken meat cubed
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup Irish cheese or any other hard cheese, shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Prepare the ingredients.
  • Line a baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper. The dough will be sticky, sprinkle one tablespoon of olive oil on top, grease the paper and hands before starting to work with pizza dough. Using sharp knife to slice the dough in half, form two pizza crusts by gently stretching and pulling the dough while holding still it in your hands. Place on the baking sheet.
  • Mix tomato sauce with salt, spread evenly over the crusts.
  • Add chicken on top of the tomato sauce. Use kitchen scissors to cut spinach on top, add shredded cheese. Bake for 25 minutes, till golden and the crust is slightly crispy.
