This colorful purple cabbage salad made with cabbage and sweet apples. You will only need to buy two ingredients and take three other ingredients from the pantry. Enjoy it as a salad or as a side dish with some added protein.

Instructions
Gather the ingredients. Slice thinly onion and cabbage. Wash and slice the apple.
Preheat the pan on medium-high heat and add oil. Add cabbage and onions, saute till soft for about 6 minutes.
Add apple vinegar to the pan, add apples and simmer for 2 more minutes.
Notes
The apple could be substituted for pear.
