This sheet-pan chicken thighs and potatoes are made in one pan with simple ingredients. This recipe makes an easy weeknight meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken legs
  • 4 white potatoes small-sized
  • 2 sweet potatoes small-sized
  • 1 cup broccoli florets frozen
  • 1 tsp  cumin spice
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
  • Wash and slice potatoes. Wash and pat try the chicken. Place chicken, potatoes, broccoli on the sheet pan. Add cumin, salt, olive oil, and rub well.
  • Bake on top rack for 40 minutes, till chicken cooked and internal temperature measured over 160 degrees.
