Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
Wash and slice potatoes. Wash and pat try the chicken. Place chicken, potatoes, broccoli on the sheet pan. Add cumin, salt, olive oil, and rub well.
Bake on top rack for 40 minutes, till chicken cooked and internal temperature measured over 160 degrees.
