Sheet Pan Chicken With Cauliflower

Sheet pan dinner made with roasted chicken and cauliflower. Toss it together, roast, and enjoy with garlic yogurt sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cauliflower medium-sized
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp dry garlic

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Clean and cut cauliflower into smaller florets. Mix cauliflowers in a bowl with a teaspoon of paprika, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, a pinch of salt and rub well. Spread on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  • In the same bowl prepare the chicken.  Cutting into smaller bite-size, add a teaspoon of paprika, a pinch of salt, mix well.
  • Once cauliflower has roasted, add chicken to the same sheet pan with cauliflower and bake for 10 minutes, turning once in between.
  • Make Dressing by mixing yogurt, garlic, and sea salt.

Notes

Serve as is with sauce or serve wrapped in a tortilla. Cutting into smaller florets helps to bake faster and keeps this dish's total cooking time under 40 mins.
