This keto chicken fajitas recipe is made easy in one pan in only 30-minutes with tasty and colorful ingredients. I love making this dish on my grocery shopping days. It's a quick "throw it all together" recipe while putting the rest of the groceries away.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breast
  • 2 bell peppers red, the sweet kind
  • 2 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1 Vidalia onion large-sized
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400F degrees.
  • PREP INGREDIENTS. Rinse, pat dry chicken. Clean and slice peppers. Wash peas. In a small dish, combine all spices.
  • BAKE. Arrange all ingredients on the baking sheet, rub the chicken with spices. Cook 20 minutes on the middle rack till the chicken is cooked. Take sheet pan out and slice chicken, slightly mix all ingredients.
  • BROIL. Preheat oven to broil. Broil on high for 2-4 mins till slightly crispy.
  • SERVE. Serve sprinkled with olive oil.
