PREP INGREDIENTS. Rinse, pat dry chicken. Clean and slice peppers. Wash peas. In a small dish, combine all spices.
BAKE. Arrange all ingredients on the baking sheet, rub the chicken with spices. Cook 20 minutes on the middle rack till the chicken is cooked. Take sheet pan out and slice chicken, slightly mix all ingredients.
BROIL. Preheat oven to broil. Broil on high for 2-4 mins till slightly crispy.
