Salmon Toast With Avocado And Goat Cheese

This simple toast idea can easily pass as a full tasty meal that is ready in 10 minutes without any cooking at all. Smoked salmon flavor combined with goat cheese on a piece of hearty sourdough bread with some avocado on top sprinkled with olive oil and sea salt.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 3 ozs goat cheese room temperature
  • 2 ozs smoked salmon
  • 1 avocado ripe
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel, slice.
  • Spread goat cheese on the slices of bread. Add salmon and top with avocado.
  • Pour over some olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
