Ingredients
  

  • 1 package brown rice pasta
  • 1 package roasted pepper sausage
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper large-sized, diced
  • 1 cup cilantro chopped

Instructions
 

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • In a large pot cook pasta according to the directions on the package. Once cooked, drain.
  • While pasta draining, in the same pot roast bell pepper on medium-high heat for 3 minutes till slightly brown, add sausage, brown for two more minutes, add tomatoes. Next add pasta, cilantro, mix well.
