Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken liver
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the pan, add ghee, fry onions till golden. Once onions are cooked, add drained liver and fry for 5-7 minutes, continually stirring till juices run clear. Let it cool.
  • Using the food processor, blend into spread texture.
