This easy pasta salad takes less than 15 minutes to make. It could be made in advance to save time in the next couple of days. Fresh dill, juicy grape tomatoes, chunks of creamy feta, and salami create a nicely balanced flavor and make this a complete meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz gluten-free pasta
  • 14 oz feta cheese cubed
  • 4 oz salami sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup grape tomatoes sliced in half
  • 1/2 cup fresh dill finely diced
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • COOK PASTA. Cook pasta according to the directions on the package.
  • PREP TOPPINGS. Drain feta and slice into 1/4 inch cubes. Use a sharp knife to slice salami—slice tomatoes in half. Dice dill finely.
  • COMBINE. Mix pasta and toppings, add olive oil and salt to taste.
