Instructions
Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 375F degrees.
Roughly chop artichoke and spinach. Layer the pie crust with artichoke and spinach.
Whisk eggs, add shredded cheese, sea salt, mix well. Pour the egg and cheese mixture into the pie shell on top of the artichoke mixture. Gently stir inside the pie shell till the filling is mixed well with the eggs.
Bake for 40 minutes till slightly brown and eggs are set. The Fork should come out clean when testing.
Notes
To make this quiche gluten-free, use gluten-free pie crust.If possible, use an artichoke can with BPA-free lining.You might adjust the baking time if using a different size pan.
