Preheat oven to 425.
Wash and slice Brussel sprouts in quarters.
Rinse and pat dry with paper towel salmon.
In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, sea salt.
Arrange salmon on the baking sheet, use half of the dressing to coat the salmon gently.
Use another half of the dressing to coat Brussel sprouts. Arrange next to the salmon fillet.
Bake 18 mins or till fish flakes easily.
