Easy Roasted Salmon With Brussels Sprouts

Brussel sprouts and balsamic vinegar go so well with salmon in this one-pan dish. The whole recipe is done under 30 mins with only 5 main ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds salmon wild-caught
  • 2 cup Brussel sprouts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Wash and slice Brussel sprouts in quarters.
  • Rinse and pat dry with paper towel salmon.
  • In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, sea salt.
  • Arrange salmon on the baking sheet, use half of the dressing to coat the salmon gently.
  • Use another half of the dressing to coat Brussel sprouts. Arrange next to the salmon fillet.
  • Bake 18 mins or till fish flakes easily.
