Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Line baking sheets with unbleached parchment paper. Open the prosciutto package and start carefully laying prosciutto pieces on the baking pan. The slices might have a plastic divider in between; carefully remove it without breaking the meat.
Bake for 10-12 minutes on the middle rack. Once baked, let it rest for 10 minutes. The prosciutto slices will become more crispy.
